What You'll Be Doing
- Designing high-converting social media ad creatives: statics, carousels, and animations
- Editing UGC footage into polished, performance-ready ad content
- Bringing creative briefs to life with accuracy and strong visual judgment
- Managing your workload and deadlines through our project management systems
- Collaborating closely with our creative strategist to iterate and improve
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio that shows real ad creative work, not just pretty visuals
- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing (Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar)
- Someone who reads briefs thoroughly and asks smart questions when something is unclear
- Detail-oriented with a track record of hitting deadlines consistently
- Available 12:00 to 16:00 EST, Monday to Friday
- Fluent in English, experienced with remote work
