Skills & Experience:
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Experience working with die-lines, cutter guides and print-ready artworks
- Understanding of printing techniques, materials, finishes and vendor limitations
- Strong attention to detail: should be able to deliver production-ready files without any mistakes
- Responsible and reliable with timelines and feedback implementation
- Curiosity & ownership: should understand why things are being executed a certain way instead of blindly following instructions
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors, printers and internal teams
- Work experience in a start-up ecosystem is preferable
- Practical understanding of how AI can improve speed and efficiency within design workflows
Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- However, talent and practical experience will be valued more than college credentials
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging design / production design / print execution roles is mandatory

Scope of Work:
Printing Techniques, Material Finalisation & Quality Control
- Understanding and finalising printing techniques, finishes and packaging materials
- Reviewing print samples and approving production outputs
- Ensuring colour consistency, print quality and production feasibility
- Conducting quality checks before final approvals and mass production
- Identifying and resolving production or material-related issues proactively
Print-Ready Artwork Creation, Corrections & Standardisation
- Creating and updating packaging dielines across formats and SKUs for both customer-facing and supply-chain-facing systems
- Ensuring standardisation across SKUs, vendors and cities
- Maintaining consistency across artworks, dimensions, layouts and packaging specifications
- Preparing accurate, production-ready print files and providing approvals before print runs
Vendor Coordination & Development
- Coordinating with packaging vendors, printers and material suppliers as the central design POC
- Managing timelines, corrections, sampling and production follow-ups
- Identifying and onboarding new vendors and material options where required
- Ensuring smooth execution between internal and external stakeholders
Research on Printing Techniques, Material Finalisation & Quality Control
