Who You Are
You are a creative and detail-oriented designer with experience developing packaging artwork and production-ready files. You have a strong eye for design, understand print production requirements and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy collaborating across teams while ensuring packaging is executed accurately and on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop packaging concepts across multiple product categories.
- Create, revise, and prepare packaging artwork, layouts, and production-ready files.
- Develop packaging mockups, presentation materials, and visual assets for customer and internal reviews.
- Ensure packaging designs align with customer requirements, brand standards, and retailer specifications.
- Review artwork proofs and production samples for accuracy, color consistency, quality, and overall execution.
- Partner with Design, Product Development, Sales, and overseas vendors to support packaging projects from concept through production.
- Coordinate packaging updates, copy changes, and artwork revisions as needed.
- Maintain organized packaging files, artwork libraries, specifications, and project documentation.
- Communicate with overseas vendors, printers, and suppliers regarding artwork requirements, approvals, and production timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of packaging design, graphic design, or related experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong typography, layout, color, and visual design skills.
- Understanding of print production, packaging artwork, and production file preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with apparel, accessories, consumer products, or retail packaging preferred.
- Experience working with overseas vendors, printers, or production teams is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Orly-Corp. provides base salary ranges for all U.S. positions in accordance with applicable laws. The expected base salary range for this role is $60,000 – $70,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and overall qualifications. We offer a total rewards package, including health benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
