We are seeking a talented Packaging Designer to translate our brand values into captivating, functional, and premium packaging that enhances the consumer experience and reinforces our identity as a luxury chocolatier. You will collaborate closely with the creative, branding, marketing, and production teams to design visually compelling, structurally sound packaging aligned with market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging Design & Development
- Design packaging solutions for chocolate collections, seasonal themes, and special collaborations.
- Create mockups and 3D renderings for boxes, sleeves, labels, and inserts.
- Select materials and finishes (e.g., embossing, foil stamping, spot UV) that elevate the perceived value of the product.
Brand Alignment
- Ensure all packaging designs reflect the Bostani brand identity, including borders, motifs, and color palettes.
- Work closely with the Creative Brand Developer to maintain cohesive storytelling across all physical touchpoints.
Innovation & Trend Research
- Explore emerging trends in luxury packaging, sustainability, and consumer unboxing experiences.
- Propose creative formats such as magnetic boxes, drawer-style cases, and regionally inspired shapes.
Production Coordination
- Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality production output.
- Review physical samples and proofs for accuracy in design, material, and finishing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in FMCG or luxury goods.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience with 3D software (Dimension, KeyShot) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging mechanics.
