We're a fast-growing consumer scaleup with strong unit economics and a proven ability to build, launch, and scale multiple products in parallel – fast, deliberately, and without unnecessary ceremony. Our current focus is on scaling what already works, expanding the product portfolio with the same core DNA, and strengthening the systems that let us move lightning-fast without breaking (too much) stuff.

The Role
As part of the organic content team, your job is to make videos people genuinely want to watch: on the psychology behind how we learn, the stories history has to tell, how real business decisions get made, the dilemmas that make people stop and think. You'll build real audiences across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, grow the brand around each app, and turn genuine attention into people who are curious and excited about what we're building and the content we're creating through our apps.
You'll conceive, produce, and grow organic social content across our apps, mostly short-form, but long-form too (YouTube especially). You'll own channels end to end: the angle, the hook, the edit, the posting cadence, and the audience you build over time.
We use AI across the entire pipeline, from research to final edit, and we expect you to already work this way. New tools drop weekly; we want someone who's already playing with them before we've heard of them.
A typical week might include
- Finding topics and angles that will actually make someone watch: the tension, the surprise, the "why should I care" hook
- Scripting, shooting/generating, and editing short-form video for IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Building out longer-form YouTube content when the story calls for it
- Growing our channels: posting cadence, hooks, series ideas, formats that compound over time
- Reading the data (retention, watch time, follows, installs) and using it to make the next piece sharper
- Turning app insights, stories, and ideas into content that builds the brand and brings people in
What We're Looking For
An absolute must-have: You've built and grown a social page or channel from zero, yours or a client's. It doesn't have to be huge. We care about the trajectory and how you think about audience, not the follower count on day one. Not "managed an existing page": built and grew. Show us the numbers and the story of how you did it.
YouTube channel-building experience is a strong plus. If you've grown a YouTube channel yourself, lead with it.
Must-haves:
- Strong editing skills: you're fast and good, in whatever tools you prefer (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- AI fluency: you already use AI video/image/audio tools daily and treat them as essential, not optional
- Strong narrative and hook instinct: you feel where a story wants to go and what makes someone keep watching
- Platform fluency: you understand how YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and FB content actually behaves, short and long form
- Learning velocity: you absorb feedback fast and your second attempt is visibly better than your first
- Ambition and self-direction: you don't wait for someone to hand you a brief
- Resilience to direct feedback: our team is straight-shooting, and we expect you to be too
- Advanced / fluent English: non-negotiable for our workflow
Strong signals:
- You consume content seriously (YouTube essays, docs, podcasts, games, fiction) and have opinions about what makes them work
- You've experimented with AI-generated video, image, avatars, voice, or creative automation
- You understand internet culture and can move with trends without feeling derivative
- You already use and have opinions about Deepstash, Paladin, Empirio, or Dilemmo
You don't need:
- A degree in anything specific: what you've built matters more than what you studied
- A corporate marketing or agency background
- Fancy production setups: our AI tools handle a lot of the execution
- Permission to experiment with AI: it's expected
