A boutique creative and production studio supporting international lifestyle and consumer brands across print and digital rollout is seeking a Studio Manager to lead operations, client relationships, and support studio growth.
This role combines studio operations leadership with client-facing responsibility and participation in business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
Studio Operations
– Oversee day-to-day studio workflow and resource planning
– Support continuity and stability of weekly production volume
– Partner closely with the Project Manager on prioritization and scheduling
– Maintain clarity across internal team and external stakeholders
Client Management
– Serve as a primary contact for ongoing client relationships
– Prepare estimates and scopes for creative and production work
– Support implementation of brand guidelines across multiple formats
– Identify opportunities to expand work within existing accounts
Creative & Production Rollout
– Coordinate execution across print and digital deliverables
– Support asset adaptation across campaigns, launches, and brand materials
– Maintain consistency across high-volume rollout environments
Business Development Support
– Partner with leadership on growth initiatives
– Help identify opportunities within existing brand relationships
– Support outreach and relationship-building efforts
– Contribute to maintaining a stable pipeline of work
Requirements:
Experience in a:
– creative production studio
– branding or implementation environment
– packaging rollout environment
– fashion / lifestyle / consumer brand ecosystem
– or similar fast-moving creative setting
Experience supporting multi-format brand rollout across global markets – a strong advantage
Experience working within structured brand guideline environments – preferred
Beauty or fashion industry exposure – a plus
This role offers base salary compensation + performance bonuses
