Role Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented NPD – Private Label Project Executive to join our team on-site in Romford. This full-time role involves managing private label projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal departments such as design, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to meet their specific requirements, developing project timelines, sourcing materials, quality control, and handling documentation. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued success by delivering high-quality private label products for luxury brands and retailers.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Experience in product development, particularly in private label manufacturing or the fragrance industry
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sourcing materials and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related fields preferred
- Experience in working on-site within a production-oriented environment is an advantage
