Role Responsibilities
- Support AI-related work focused on humanities, arts, and cultural domains
- Design rubric-style LLM prompts and evaluate AI-generated outputs
- Create and review structured evaluation tasks related to arts, culture, education, and humanities content
- Assess model reasoning, factual accuracy, interpretive quality, and cultural understanding
- Contribute expertise to improve AI systems working with humanities and creative subject matter
Requirements
- Experience as an arts or culture program lead, humanities educator, curator, or related professional
- Prior experience working on Mercor rubric-style tasks preferred
- Strong understanding of humanities, arts, cultural programming, or museum/education workflows
- Ability to design effective prompts and critically evaluate LLM responses
- Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
