Video & Graphic Producer
Singapore | Contract 5 Months | On-site
Beacon Media Solutions is looking for a Video & Graphic Producer to join one of our partner organisations. This role is ideal for a creative who is primarily strong in video production and visual storytelling, and is also comfortable supporting graphic design needs when required. You will work closely with a creative team to produce engaging content that strengthens brand presence, connects with audiences, and translates ideas into compelling visual narratives.
Video Production & Storytelling (Primary Focus)
The core focus of this role is video production. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end video projects, from conceptualisation to final delivery. The role requires someone who is comfortable both behind the camera and in the editing suite, with a strong instinct for storytelling and audience engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing end-to-end video production including ideation, storyboarding, filming, and editing
- Producing short-form and long-form video content for digital and social platforms
- Developing engaging visual narratives that help elevate brand awareness and humanise the brand
- Shooting interviews, event coverage, and brand storytelling content
- Editing videos optimised for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Ensuring high production quality in both visuals and storytelling
Graphic & Visual Content Support
While video is the main focus, the role also requires a working knowledge of graphic design fundamentals to support content creation across platforms. This includes creating simple visual assets that complement video content and help maintain a consistent brand presence.
This may include:
- Designing social media graphics, thumbnails, and simple campaign visuals
- Supporting visual layouts for digital content and marketing assets
- Applying good fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual composition
- Ensuring visual consistency across brand content
Social Media & Content Awareness
You should have a strong awareness of current social media platforms, formats, and trends, and understand what makes content perform well online. The ability to translate trends into meaningful brand content will be an important part of the role.
You should:
- Stay updated on content formats and trends across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Understand social-first storytelling and platform-specific video formats
- Contribute creative ideas that are timely, engaging, and relevant to audiences
- Help shape video content that connects with a broad and diverse audience
Mindset & Team Collaboration
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on creative who enjoys working within a team and taking ownership of projects. You should be someone who takes initiative, brings ideas forward, and is motivated to create work that makes an impact.

Tools & Technical Skills
Candidates should be comfortable working with industry-standard creative tools.
Preferred experience includes:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (strong proficiency expected)
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator for supporting design work
- Other video editing or creative tools
Experience producing social-first video content, motion graphics, or digital campaigns will be a strong advantage.
