🎬 Now Hiring: Senior Multimedia Producer
📍 Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
📅 Duration: 7 Months Contract
Radiant Systems is seeking a Senior Multimedia Producer to lead high-impact video, photography, and event production initiatives for a dynamic in-house marketing and communications team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and production execution.
🎥 What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage videographers, photographers, freelancers, and creative partners
• Oversee end-to-end production workflows (pre-production, production, post-production)
• Direct on-site video/photo shoots and manage production logistics
• Collaborate with marketing, social, and executive teams to align creative output
• Manage agency relationships, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Guide post-production editing, review cycles, and final asset delivery
• Support and execute events—from small meetings to large-scale activations
• Maintain content libraries and manage social media asset distribution
💡 What We’re Looking For:
• 5–10 years of multimedia production experience (video, photo, events)
• Strong portfolio/reel showcasing creative work
• Experience in agency, studio, or public sector environments (preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong project management skills (experience with Asana is a plus)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage tight deadlines
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and creative direction
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
