Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be designing and editing content that goes live on major social media platforms — fast, consistently, and to a high standard. The work covers everything from cinematic reels and event content to static posts, motion graphics, and branded social formats. You will be responsible for translating strategic briefs into compelling creative concepts, overseeing everything from initial ideation through to final execution across digital, social, and print.
You will work closely with our content, digital, and account management teams to ensure every deliverable is visually consistent, on-brand, and built to perform.
What You'll Be Working On
— Editing reels and short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
— Designing static posts, stories, and branded social formats
— Colour grading, sound syncing, and adding text overlays and subtitles
— Producing bilingual (EN + AR) content
— Bringing creative concepts to life across multiple accounts, each with its own look and feel
— Moving quickly between briefs without compromising on quality
What We're Looking For
— 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, or a similar role
— Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (or equivalent)
— A portfolio that shows both editing and design work. We want to see a range of work
— A good eye for pacing, composition, and visual storytelling
— Someone who works well under pressure and can manage multiple deliverables at once
— Fluent in Arabic
— Someone who can start as soon as possible.
Qualifications
- Experience in Multimedia and Video Production, including creating and editing video content for various platforms
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a focus on crafting visually appealing designs
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a remote team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
