Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for graphic design, video production and editing, branding and marketing support, and conducting practical workshops for students. The role requires strong creative, technical, and communication skills to enhance the institution’s visual identity and learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms, social media, websites, advertisements, and print materials.
- Create and edit promotional, educational, and event-related videos.
- Develop creative visual concepts and multimedia content aligned with institutional branding guidelines.
- Produce motion graphics, animations, and visual assets as required.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for institutional events, programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct workshops and practical training sessions for students on graphic design, video editing, and multimedia tools.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students during creative and multimedia projects.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to develop engaging visual content.
- Manage multiple design and video production projects while ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay updated with current design trends, multimedia technologies, and industry best practices.
- Perform additional duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree completed in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphics design and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, video editing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in photography, videography, and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Fast and efficient in executing creative projects, with a strong eye for premium, modern, and clean visual design, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to conduct workshops and effectively engage with students.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing projects is highly preferred.
