Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Create multimedia content; video, photography, animation, and design that reflect the brand’s tone and vision.
- Oversee concept development and execution for creative materials across digital, social, and internal communication channels.
- Capture and produce visual stories that enhance brand identity and connect with diverse audiences.
- Manage production planning, shoot execution, and post-production editing with attention to detail and consistency.
Detail Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative projects from briefing to final delivery within agreed timelines.
- Produce professional photography and videography for corporate, product, event, and campaign usage.
- Create and refine all visual collaterals such as posters, EDMs, brochures, POSM, and digital advertising assets.
- Provide creative direction and quality assurance for all multimedia outputs, maintaining alignment with overall brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to translate marketing goals into effective visual communication.
- Maintain and manage creative assets, photography/videography equipment, and visual archives.
- Develop motion and animated content for both internal and public platforms.
- Perform editing, color grading, and post-production to ensure every output meets quality standards.
- Support coordination with external vendors or production partners when required.
- Recommend creative approaches and visual trends that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Additional Assignments (if applicable)
- Support in group-wide brand or marketing projects as assigned.
- Develop creative assets for internal programs and cross-functional initiatives.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Design, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative production, multimedia design, or related areas. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong ability in photography, videography, lighting, and post-production editing.
- Demonstrated understanding of brand identity, storytelling, and design aesthetics.
- Excellent time management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading a small creative team.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to different creative requirements.
