The Garden Venue is looking for a Multimedia & Content Creator to join our growing creative team.
This role is ideal for a mid-level creative professional with hands‑on experience who is ready to further develop their skills in a fast‑paced, creative events environment. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand and events to life through engaging digital content.
About the Role
As a Multimedia & Content Creator, you will support both the marketing and events teams in producing and managing digital content across multiple platforms.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll gain exposure to live event coverage, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling, while contributing to strengthening The Garden Venue’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media, website, and email campaigns
- Capture and edit photo and video content for digital platforms
- Assist with live content creation during events (stories, reels, behind‑the‑scenes content)
- Support the marketing team with presentations and event‑related digital materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and campaign execution
- Stay up to date with social media trends and digital best practices
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in content creation, marketing, or a digital role
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Express, or similar
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok)
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends (event‑based)
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is advantageous
Remuneration
