Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphics role based in Lahore. The Motion Graphics specialist will create engaging animations, explainer videos, and visual assets that communicate product features, brand stories, and in-app experiences. Day-to-day work includes conceptualizing visual narratives, storyboarding, designing assets, animating motion graphics, and optimizing content for digital channels such as product demos, social media, and presentations. The role collaborates closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate complex AI and mobility concepts into clear, visually compelling content. Responsibilities also include maintaining brand consistency, managing multiple projects with tight timelines, and iterating based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong motion design and animation skills, with proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
- Experience in visual storytelling, including concept development, storyboarding, and creating explainer or product videos.
- Ability to design for digital platforms, optimizing graphics and videos for web, social media, and mobile experiences.
- Understanding of branding, visual identity, typography, and layout principles applied to motion graphics.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing, engineering) and incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in Motion Graphics, Animation, Design, Media Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work, preferably including technology, AI, or product-focused projects; experience in mobility or lifestyle products is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore and engage in an iterative, fast-paced startup environment.
