This role oversees the end-to-end creative process—from conceptualizing the "vibe" of our clients AI companions to executing high-conversion motion assets that stop the scroll. This is a role for a master crafter who is obsessed with aesthetics and eager to harness Generative AI to push the boundaries of what's possible in digital media.
Responsibilities
- Vision & Execution: Manage the full motion graphics pipeline—from high-level ideation and storyboarding to final animation, sound design, and delivery.
- Brand Evolution: Develop and maintain a cohesive motion style guide that reflects there unique position in the AI companion market.
- High-Performance Creative: Produce stunning motion assets for global User Acquisition (UA) campaigns, ensuring every frame is optimized for engagement and conversion.
- AI Integration: Champion Generative AI tools (video-to-video, image generation, AI-driven animation) to accelerate production and pioneer new visual styles.
- Multi-Channel Mastery: Create tailored video content for diverse platforms (TikTok, X, Instagram, Web), understanding the specific pacing and trends of each.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UA and Product teams to translate data insights into winning creative iterations.
- Asset Management: Organize and scale the creative library, ensuring the team has the building blocks to deploy assets globally at speed.
Requirements
- Portfolio: A world-class reel demonstrating mastery of motion, timing, typography, and storytelling (specifically within tech, gaming, or entertainment).
- Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and essential AE plugins (Particular, Optical Flares, etc.) — a must.
- 3D Proficiency: Strong experience in 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya) is highly preferred for creating immersive environments and characters — an advantage.
- AI Savvy: Hands-on experience (or deep curiosity) with AI creative tools (e.g., RunWay, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, HiggsField) to enhance the creative workflow.
- Strategic Mindset: Understanding of UA metrics (CTR, CVR) and the ability to pivot creative direction based on performance data.
- Communication: Ability to articulate creative decisions to stakeholders and coordinate with external partners/freelancers when necessary.
