Middleweight Graphic Designer (Digital)
A fast-growing, culturally driven wellness brand is looking for a Middleweight Graphic Designer (Digital) to create standout, performance-led content across key digital channels. This is a brilliant opportunity for a digitally native creative who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape work seen by millions.
The Role
* Own digital design across website, email, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok
* Create high-quality, performance-driven assets across static and motion
* Adapt creative for different markets and platforms
* Contribute to campaign work, from concepting through to execution
* Experiment with AI tools to create and scale content
* Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to drive results
* Manage multiple briefs, delivering at pace without compromising quality
About You
* 3-5 years' experience in digital design (D2C, ecommerce, or FMCG ideal)
* Strong portfolio of performance-led creative across social and digital
* Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects)
* Confident creating both static and motion content
* Hands-on experience with AI tools in creative workflows
* Strong eye for layout, typography, and detail
* Fast, adaptable, and comfortable in a high-growth environment
Salary
Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location & Working Style
* Full-time
* London – Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
