About the Company
Our client is a large, international professional services group operating across multiple European countries. They are transitioning from a near-shore production model to a more creative, regionally aligned in-house team, and this role is key to building that Nordic capability.
The Role
You will support the Senior Designer in Sweden and wider communications team in delivering creative assets across campaigns, social media, reports, internal communications and digital channels for the whole Nordic region. This is an opportunity to join an in-house team at the moment it is redefining its purpose, with increasing emphasis on creative input rather than production work.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high quality design for multi-channel campaigns, social assets, digital content and corporate materials
- Adapt and develop assets that reflect Nordic cultural nuances and audience expectations
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand and new design system
- Work collaboratively with marketing, comms and other stakeholders across the region
- Ensure all outputs are accurate, accessible and aligned to brand guidelines
About You
- Experience delivering design across B2B environments or agency settings with B2B clients
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills and a good understanding of layout, typography and digital design
- Able to work independently in a hybrid setting with strong self‑management
- Positive, energetic and willing to learn, contribute ideas and take feedback constructively
- Comfortable balancing creative work with some recurring production tasks when required
- Experience with motion, animation or video
- Exposure to multi-market design work
- Understanding of Nordic culture or experience designing for the region
