You’ll collaborate with a highly skilled group of designers, animators, web developers, videographers, photographers, social media specialists, and marketers. We work across a wide range of clients and industries, delivering everything from print to digital, there’s not much we don’t do.

The Role
This is a hybrid position split across multiple locations:
- 2 days in our Rosebery studio, working across a variety of clients
- 2 days onsite at North Ryde (Freedom Furniture HQ), one of our key clients
- 1 day working from home
You’ll be involved in a broad mix of design work, with a strong focus on both print and digital outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce print collateral including brochures, catalogues, magazines, signage, advertising, and stationery
- Create EDMs and digital marketing materials
- Design social media assets including tiles and stories
- Contribute to front-end web and app design
- Prepare and sign off on print and digital proofs
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality work on time
- Occasionally work onsite at client locations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Mid-weight level with minimum 3 years of agency experience (not solely freelance)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual communication
- Strong knowledge of print production, pre-press, and managing print jobs
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work
Experience in retail design is highly regarded but not essential.
