We are seeking a highly creative and concept-driven professional to join our team as an Experiential Creative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing innovative activation concepts, experiential campaigns, retail experiences, and BTL initiatives that bring brands to life.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept Development
– Develop creative concepts for brand activations, mall activations, roadshows, product launches, retail experiences, trade activations, pop-ups, and installations.
– Translate client briefs into engaging experiential concepts and consumer journeys.
– Generate multiple creative routes aligned with brand objectives and budgets.
Campaign & Activation Planning
– Design activation mechanics that drive engagement, product trial, footfall, data capture, social sharing, and consumer participation.
– Create concepts with measurable business outcomes.
Pitch & Presentation Development
– Contribute to pitch-winning presentations.
– Develop creative narratives, concept rationales, and storytelling frameworks.
– Support mood boards, references, and visual direction development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work closely with Account Management, Strategy, Design, 3D, and Production teams.
– Ensure concepts are feasible, executable, and aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Production Awareness
– Develop ideas with consideration for fabrication, materials, venue limitations, technical requirements, and production realities.
Requirements
– 3–6 years of experience in a BTL, experiential marketing, event, retail activation, or advertising agency.
– Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
– Experience in brand activations, experiential campaigns, and consumer engagement initiatives.
– Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
– Understanding of production and fabrication processes.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadline
