Position Summary:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Content Writer with management experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to write engaging content in both English and Vietnamese for social media platforms, advertisements, and commercial scripts. This role involves directly reporting to the Marketing Director, collaborating closely with the marketing team, and playing a key part in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and proofread content in both English and Vietnamese for social media, blogs, commercials, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and other team members to develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Write and optimize SEOs to improve the quality and quantity of website traffic
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future writing and content strategies.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese with strong writing and editing skills in both languages is a must.
- 3+ years of content writing experience, with a background in marketing or media preferred.
- Previous management experience, including leading teams or projects.
- Experience writing for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and creating commercial scripts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and a passion for storytelling.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in sales, digital marketing, or advertising.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay is $21 – $24 per hour with full benefits include:
