We are seeking a MENA Creative Content Assistant to help shape AXIS-Y’s voice in the region through innovative, localized storytelling. This role will focus on building brand awareness and engagement by creating impactful content across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Creation
- Plan and execute creative content strategies tailored to the MENA region.
- Develop engaging Instagram and TikTok content – Reels, Stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Oversee the production of photo and video shoots ensuring brand consistency and quality.
2. Regional Brand Development
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing and Creative Teams to ensure regional content aligns with AXIS-Y’s global tone.
- Support the launch and growth of the MENA TikTok channel, crafting content that reflects local culture and global beauty trends.
3. Trend & Performance Insights
- Monitor regional digital trends, viral formats, and competitor activity to keep content relevant.
- Track content performance metrics and optimize creative direction for engagement and reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle content creation.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital trends in the MENA region.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or mobile editing apps (CapCut, Canva).
- Confident on camera and able to represent the brand authentically.
- Creative, organized, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
