Who We Are Looking For:
We are a leading medical and healthcare communication company, and we are looking for a self-motivated and independent individual to join us as a Medical Writer with drive and adaptability to new ideas to share our growth. Reporting to the Senior Medical Writer, your role to ensure the diverse range of content in medical communication.
What Impact You Will Make:
- Utilize scientific knowledge to craft high-quality, evidence-based content tailored to client needs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with editorial standards, best practices and industry guidelines.
- Create concepts, content, and copy for diverse medical communication formats, including newsletters, posters, leaflets, case studies, websites, videos, landing pages, slide decks for webinars, pre/post emails, pre-read materials, and surveys.
- Ensure all content aligns with MIMS guidelines and publication schedules.
- Attend brainstorming sessions with internal teams to develop clear, convincing, and creative content for projects.
- Contribute ideas to content planning processes, leveraging insights from personal research and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with brand managers, project managers, and production teams to ensure the achievement of business goals and client satisfaction.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of key opinion leaders (KOLs) within relevant therapeutic areas.
What Skills and Experience You Will Bring:
- Graduated from Medical/Pharmacy University. At least 2 years of experience in in a medical content/creative position.
- Ability to thrive under high-pressure conditions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in medical communication, including concept development, content creation, and copywriting.
- Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese with strong English reading & writing skills as this role is local based and require to communicate with APAC team.
- Strong teamwork mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting the medical community.
