As a recruiting partner of SANITIZED, we are looking for a Media Producer & Asset Manager (a) 100% working remotely from Poland. You will collaborate with an international marketing team and travel a few times per year to the company's headquarters in Switzerland.
In this role, you will produce and manage high-quality visual and multimedia marketing assets, oversee the central marketing asset library, and help shape the company's visual identity using modern AI-powered tools.

Salary: approx. PLN 150,000–190,000 gross per year (12 salaries), depending on experience.

What You Will Be Doing
- Produce and manage visual and multimedia marketing assets, including photography, video, graphics, master presentations, printed matter, and digital content.
- Maintain and govern the central marketing asset library, ensuring accessibility, consistency, and effective asset lifecycle management.
- Ensure all marketing assets comply with brand guidelines, visual standards, and communication principles.
- Continuously evolve the company's visual identity and design language to ensure a contemporary and competitive brand appearance.
- Develop and maintain templates, design systems, and visual assets that support consistent brand execution across markets and channels.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to create, optimize, and scale visual content production.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, trade fairs, corporate communication activities, and brand partnership programs with high-quality visual assets.
- Manage external photographers, videographers, designers, and creative production partners.
What You Bring To The Job
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in visual content creation, multimedia production, or brand design.
- Proven experience in photography, video production, graphic design, and digital content creation.
- Experience managing digital asset management systems and content libraries.
- Strong proficiency with creative production tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or comparable platforms).
- Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools for image generation, video production, content enhancement, and creative workflows.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and design systems.
- Strong self-management and collaboration skills in remote and cross-functional working environments.

Currently 5 team members (Head of Marketing, 2 Marketing + Brand Managers, Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager, Communication Specialist).
