Role overview
We are looking for a sharp, high ownership Media Planner who can plan and execute
integrated media across digital and influencer channels. You will own planning, budgeting,
execution coordination, and performance reporting across campaigns, with a strong bias
toward learning loops and scale.
What you will do
● Build integrated media plans across Meta, Google, influencers, and other relevant
channels
● Translate business goals into channel-wise strategy, budgets, timelines, and KPIs
● Own campaign planning and execution readiness, including creative requirements
and asset timelines
● Coordinate with creative, content, performance, and operations teams to ensure
smooth launches
● Work with influencers and creator partners, including briefs, deliverables, timelines,
and reporting
● Monitor performance daily, identify patterns, and propose optimisations with a clear
rationale
● Manage media budgets and ensure spend is efficient, controlled, and aligned to
targets
● Create weekly performance reports and insights, including what worked, what did
not, and next tests
● Liaise with platforms, partners, and vendors for best pricing, placements, and
opportunities
● Support new launches and brand moments with integrated communication planning
across touchpoints
What we are looking for
● 3 to 6 years of experience in media planning across digital and influencer
ecosystems
● Hands-on understanding of Meta and Google planning fundamentals, audiences,
formats, and measurement
● Comfort with budgets, pacing, and performance tracking
● Strong coordination skills, you can run multiple campaigns without missing details
● With clear communication and structured thinking, you can simplify complexity for
teams
● Strong analytical ability and comfort with numbers, not just creative intuition
Preferred skills
● Experience working with D2C brands, ecommerce, or digital-first businesses
● Performance marketing exposure, including testing frameworks and
conversion-focused planning
● Familiarity with tracking and reporting basics like GA4, UTMs, pixel events, and
dashboards
● Experience coordinating offline moments like events, store activations, or
partnerships is a plus
What success looks like in the first 60 to 90 days
● You have built a clear channel-wise media planning rhythm with weekly reporting
● Campaign launches are smoother, faster, and better coordinated across teams
● Media plans are more structured, measurable, and easier to scale
● You are consistently proposing high-quality tests and optimisations backed by data
