Role Overview
We are looking for someone obsessed with content. Someone who wakes up thinking about visual storytelling, challenges themselves creatively every day, and pushes the limits of how people experience a brand through a screen.
You will oversee a team of videographers and editors across three brands with more concepts on the way. We are a growing hospitality group that refuses to be average. This role is a key driver of our growth.

Responsibilities
• Directly oversee, direct, and develop all in-house videographers and editors
• Shoot and produce high-level content yourself — you set the standard
• Own shot lists and production schedules across all three brands
• Review every edit — nothing ships below standard
• Build and manage the full content pipeline — concept to capture to publish
• Establish production workflows and templates the team runs on
• Partner with marketing ops to align production with the content calendar
• Direct freelancers and external talent as needed
• Develop junior team members and raise their output over time
Qualifications
• 3–6 years in video production or content direction
• Proven experience managing videographers and editors
• Strong shooter and editor yourself
• Deep understanding of short-form content — Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
• Has built or improved a production system, not just worked inside one
• Thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
