About the role
Beon Media is looking for a proactive Media Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role supporting the execution of social media, content, and campaign delivery across a range of industries including real estate, finance, and lifestyle brands. You’ll help coordinate shoots, manage content rollout, liaise with clients, and keep campaigns running smoothly from brief to delivery.

Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients across organic social and paid campaigns
- Manage end-to-end content and campaign delivery across social platforms, including content calendars, rollout, scheduling, and platform execution
- Plan, build, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok for existing clients
- Lead client communication including approvals, feedback, updates, weekly check-ins, and monthly reporting
- Coordinate shoots, content production, logistics, scheduling, and campaign delivery alongside the internal creative team
- Support proposals, campaign planning, and new campaign rollouts
- Contribute creative and strategic ideas to strengthen campaigns, content direction, and client growth
What we're looking for
- Experience in account coordination, account management, or social media within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of organic social strategy, content planning, and platform execution
- Hands-on experience with paid social advertising across Meta and TikTok is beneficial
- Real estate industry experience is highly preferred; you understand the agents, the sales cycles, and what drives results
- Confidence capturing short-form content, including iPhone and Reels-style content
- Excellent client communication skills, confident on the phone, proactive in communication, and clear in writing
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Someone who brings ideas, takes initiative, and genuinely wants to make an impact
- Exposure to real estate or service-based businesses is a bonus
