An established UK media agency is seeking a talented Media Assistant to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity for a graduate to gain end-to-end experience across planning, buying, campaign setup, optimisation and reporting across a broad mix of media channels.

What You’ll Be Doing 💼
· Supporting the planning & buying of multi-channel campaigns across digital, TV, radio, press and out-of-home
· Setting up and managing digital campaigns including targeting, tracking, trafficking and optimisation
· Creating tags, checking data accuracy and supporting advertising operations
· Conducting competitor spend analysis, market research and trend reviews
· Working closely with executives, planner/buyers, account managers and senior leadership
· Preparing reports, analysing campaign results and identifying insights
· Assisting with presentations, media plans and recommendations for clients
· Taking ownership of individual projects once confident in key systems and processes
· Supporting new business projects and cross-team initiatives
What You’ll Bring ✅
· A strong interest in advertising, media channels and how brands grow
· Great numerical skills and confidence with Excel
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Proactive, self-starting attitude with a curiosity to learn
· Analytical mindset and confidence solving problems
· Ability to articulate insights clearly and simply
· Collaborative, friendly and eager to get stuck in
· Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and learn new systems and technologies
