Job Title: marketing specialist

Reports to / – Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

A marketing specialist develops, executes, and monitors marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzes market trends and data, and collaborates with teams to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Their duties can include creating content, managing social media, running paid advertising, and performing market research to inform strategy. This role typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, strong communication skills, and data analysis abilities.  

Activities & Responsibilities

  • Promote, work, and act in a consistent manner with the mission of foodsmith
  • Design, create, and oversee marketing projects, campaigns, and promotions across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor intelligence, and study customer data to inform marketing strategies and identify trends.
  • Write content, manage social media calendars, and create assets for marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to suggest improvements.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Develop bilingual (Arabic/English) content calendars for social media
  • Manage SEO strategies to boost organic traffic
  • Work with other marketing teams and departments to achieve business goals.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and influencers
  • Support events, activations, and promotional campaigns
  • Assist in developing marketing budgets and managing expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, design) and external vendors or agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and support strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on the efficiency and ROI of initiatives
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content for various mediums, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for management

Requirement

  • Minimum 2-5 years’ work experience
  • Holding bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to guide strategy.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Arabic & English fluency
  • Experience with marketing tools, analytics software, and other relevant technology Like GA4 
  • Saudi market knowledge is compulsory 
  • Presentation, Skills to manage and coordinate marketing projects from start to finish
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills.
