About the role
This is a role for someone who doesn't just want to tick boxes. As Marketing Specialist at La Vida Homes, you'll be the engine behind campaigns that generate real results, quality leads, appointments, and contribute to sales, while keeping our brand sharp, consistent, and alive across every touch-point.
You'll sit within the Marketing team reporting to the SA Marketing Manager, and for the first six months you'll provide guidance to the Marketing Assistant and SA Content Creator while the SA Marketing Manager is on Parental Leave. This opportunity is for someone who has the drive and passion to step up to a management position surrounded by other La Vida Homes Marketing Managers who can nurture and lead this role as they transition into their next phase of career.

What you’ll be doing
A little bit of everything, including:
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across print, digital and video, including writing creative briefs to performance reporting.
- Deliver social media strategy and content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, including stepping in front of the camera.
- Lead email marketing and CRM activity (HubSpot, Constructive) to nurture leads and boost sales conversion.
- Implement website improvements to improve organic performance and lead volume.
- Step into a genuine leadership opportunity early on, providing day-to-day support to the Marketing Assistant and SA Content Creator during a maternity leave cover period.
- Protect and grow the La Vida Homes brand across reviews, social channels and customer touchpoints.
- Deliver monthly budget reconciliation, marketing supplier relationships and campaign invoicing with a sharp eye for value.
- Work in a fun, fast-paced, collaborative SA team with real autonomy and variety day to day.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing, Account Coordinator, Events or similar environment and you're familiar around campaigns, content, or brand work. You will have a diploma or degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, Event Management or similar. You’ll have proven experience in a marketing generalist or lead role. You've coordinated campaigns end-to-end and have the results to show for it.
In addition, you will have:
- Strong copywriting instincts and brand awareness, you know what sounds right and what doesn't.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing: SEO, EDM platforms, CRM tools, and social media.
- Confidence in briefing and coordinating external agencies and freelancers.
- An eye for detail that never switches off, whether it's a landing page, an invoice, or a retail listing.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing quality or momentum.
- A collaborative style. You lift the people around you, especially when you're leading.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (desirable).
- Comfort on camera for social content (a bonus, not a dealbreaker).
More about the first six months
While the SA Marketing Manager is on parental leave, you'll work with the WA Marketing Manager to provide day-to-day guidance and support to the Marketing Assistant and SA Content Creator. You'll help prioritise workloads, oversee key deliverables and contribute to the ongoing development of the role. This isn't simply a parental leave cover and keeping things running. It's an opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience, build confidence as you help lead people and play an important role in the continued success of the Marketing team.
