Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Altechna’s rebranding, helping shape the company’s visual and written identity.
- Creating and managing social media content, tracking performance, and refining strategies to boost engagement.
- Create engaging content for the website and other marketing channels, ensuring SEO best practices where applicable.
- Develop sales and marketing materials, including brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and other assets.
- Coordinate video and multimedia content production, ensuring high-quality visuals.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to internal communications.
- Assist in industry event participation, helping with content creation and promotional materials.
- Support marketing campaigns, including email outreach, media campaigns, and PR efforts.
- Keep up with industry trends, researching competitors and new marketing strategies.
- Organize and update marketing materials, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience in most of the responsibilities listed above.
- A background in physics, photonics, or related fields (preferred, but not required).
- Experience in writing and content creation.
- Ability to translate technical topics into engaging content for different audiences.
- Experience in photography and design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar) is a big plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and website content optimization (a plus).
- Enthusiasm for marketing and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
