Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a passion for food and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and app platforms.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and writers to produce engaging content that resonates with food lovers and app users.
- Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and user feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as downloads, active users, and engagement rates; prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture Cookwise’s online community through interactive campaigns, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content.
- Brand Development: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the app or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas tailored to food and lifestyle audiences.
- Passion for cooking, food culture, or culinary innovation is a plus.
