We are a UK-based lead generation agency that works exclusively with aesthetics clinics — skin clinics, laser hair removal centres, and medical spas. We run paid ad campaigns, build out full CRM systems in GoHighLevel, and automate the entire client journey from lead to booked appointment.
We are growing fast and we need a Social Media Video Editor who actually understands how to create content that stops the scroll and drives action, not just someone who knows how to use Premiere Pro.
This is not a role for someone who just slaps a filter on a video and calls it a day. We need someone who understands pacing, hooks, trends, and how to make aesthetics treatments look premium, engaging, and highly converting on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

What You Will Be Doing
Your job is to take raw footage from our clinics and turn it into high-performing social media assets. That means:
Video Editing: Editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and video ads from raw footage provided by our clients.
Creative Direction: Adding engaging captions, B-roll, sound effects, and trending audio to maximize retention and engagement.
Hook Creation: Crafting strong visual and auditory hooks in the first 3 seconds to stop the scroll.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring all videos maintain a premium, high-end aesthetic that aligns with our clients' brands.
Trend Spotting: Staying on top of current social media trends and adapting them for the aesthetics niche.
Asset Management: Organizing and managing raw footage and final assets efficiently.
Who We Are Looking For
Must-Haves — Non-Negotiable:
Proven short-form video editing experience. You must have a portfolio showing high-quality Reels/TikToks you have edited.
Understanding of social media algorithms. You know what makes a video perform well organically and as a paid ad.
Proficiency in editing software. Premiere Pro, CapCut, CapCut Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve — use what you want, but the output must be flawless.
Excellent written English. You will be writing captions and on-screen text for UK audiences.
Reliable internet connection and a proper home office setup.
Strong Preferences — Green Flags:
Aesthetics or beauty niche experience. If you have edited content for Botox, laser hair removal, or skin clinics before, you go straight to the top of the pile.
Previous experience working inside a digital marketing agency.
You understand direct-response marketing and how to edit videos specifically for paid ads (not just organic social).
You are proactive — you suggest new video ideas or trends to the team rather than just waiting for instructions.
