About the role
As part of a early stage company, you'll lead marketing and social accounts — content, storytelling, reels, paid social, and brand campaigns. You'll work directly with the founder, with real ownership and decision making over how the brand looks, sounds, and grows, with a direct hand in the company's success.
What you'll do
- Create content across the brand — copywriting, reels, video, storytelling
- Run social media and meta ads
- Build and execute destination/concept launch and campaign strategies
- Shape brand voice and visual identity as the company grows
- Support other tasks where required
What we're looking for
- Passion for marketing, storytelling, and brand
- An affinity for adventure travel and remote wilderness places
- An eye for quality — experience in the luxury travel space is a bonus
- Experience in brand building, social media marketing, and product or launch campaigns
- Entrepreneurial drive — you want to build something and put your name on it
- Experience working in small teams or startups
