KEY OBJECTIVES:
The Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator provides remote administrative and operational support to the Marketing & Partnerships Lead, assisting with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of activities across marketing, brand, community partnerships, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives.
Based in the Philippines, this is a coordinator-level position focused on enabling the marketing and partnerships function to operate efficiently by managing administrative tasks, coordinating workflows, maintaining databases and assets, and supporting reporting across all workstreams.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Marketing and Brand
- Coordinate and track the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print and offline channels
- Maintain and update marketing asset libraries, brand templates and collateral databases
- Design and produce marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations and branded materials using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Support the scheduling and publishing of content across social media platforms and digital channels
- Assist with updating website content, email distribution lists and CRM records
- Support and produce marketing collateral including design production and liaising with printers where required
- Assist with the preparation of marketing reports, presentations and performance summaries
- Manage and update the marketing content calendar ensuring activities are logged and communicated to relevant team members
Community Partnerships and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Coordinate administrative support for community partnership and CSR initiatives across key operating regions
- Maintain and update partnership and stakeholder databases and contact records
- Assist with the preparation of community impact reports, partnership summaries and presentation materials
- Track partnership deliverables, deadlines and reporting requirements across active agreements
- Support the coordination of community engagement activities and sponsorship activations including logistics and communications
- Assist with compliance data entry and record keeping related to CSR and social impact activities
- Liaise with community partners and stakeholders to follow up on outstanding items, documentation and approvals
Sponsorships
- Support the coordination of sponsorship activations including logistics, communications and collateral requirements
- Assist with the preparation of sponsorship reports and performance summaries to demonstrate value and impact
- Liaise with sponsorship partners and suppliers to follow up on outstanding items, approvals and deliverables
- Track and manage sponsorship asset schedules ensuring entitlements are fulfilled and deadlines are met
- Support the coordination of sponsored events and activations including attendee management and on-site logistics documentation
General Administration and Overflow Support:
- Manage and maintain filing systems, shared drives and document libraries across the marketing and partnerships function
- Support the preparation and formatting of presentations, proposals and business documents
- Assist with CRM and database management including data entry, record updates and reporting
- Coordinate supplier communications including following up on quotes, approvals and outstanding deliverables
- Provide overflow administrative support to the broader Strategy & Growth team where required
- Demonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate and consistent with your professional qualifications, skill or experience
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing administration, coordination or similar support role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva for the production of marketing collateral and digital assets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with digital marketing tools and social media scheduling platforms
- Experience with CRM systems, database management and data entry
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote working environment
- Reliable, responsive and professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Desirable:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems
- Experience supporting community partnerships, CSR or sponsorship activities
- Experience working with Australian or international teams
