We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Creative Hospitality, leading the full marketing function and driving brand growth across all channels. This role is at the heart of how we communicate, position, and differentiate Creative Hospitality in the Saudi market — translating business goals into impactful campaigns, consistent brand experiences, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives and brand direction
- Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels — from concept through delivery — ensuring quality, impact, and timeliness
- Serve as the central authority on brand communication, safeguarding brand identity and ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and narrative across all platforms
- Oversee content creation and provide direction on copywriting across all public-facing materials including social media, website, campaigns, brochures, and presentations
- Define and track KPIs using analytics tools and dashboards, translating data into actionable improvements
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve performance targets
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation across channels and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, media partners, and external stakeholders
- Plan and manage events, activations, and brand experiences in collaboration with internal departments
- Conduct market research and monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to continuously refine strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle sectors
- Proven track record in managing teams, leading integrated campaigns, and executing marketing strategies end-to-end
- Strong background in both digital and offline marketing
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, marketing automation, and CRM systems
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English

Working Hours: 9 hours per shift (±90 minutes flexibility)
