At Zagorka, part of the HEINEKEN Group, we are shaping some of the most loved local beer brands in Bulgaria such as Zagorka, Ariana and Stolichno. We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Local Brands who can turn deep consumer insight into powerful brand strategies and flawless execution.
Your role
You will lead the end-to-end brand strategy for a portfolio of strong local brands, driving growth, relevance, and profitability. Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Media, Innovation, Finance, RMG and Supply Chain, you will ensure our brands win with consumers, shoppers, and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute long‑term and annual brand strategies aligned with category and company priorities
- Lead brand positioning, communication platforms, campaigns, and activations across all channels
- Translate consumer and market insights into impactful brand actions
- Drive local innovation and portfolio differentiation
- Own brand budgets and profitability, tracking ROI and performance
- Lead and develop brand team members
- Manage creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver best‑in‑class execution
What you bring
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within FMCG
- Strong experience across ATL, BTL, digital, and in‑store activation
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders
- Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability
- Excellent English and Bulgarian communication skills
- Passion for brands, consumers, and local market dynamics
