F&B Marketing Manager
An F&B Marketing Manager drives revenue, brand awareness, and customer engagement for restaurants, bars, or hospitality outlets. They develop marketing strategies, oversee digital content, manage promotions and events, and analyze performance to increase covers and average spend. This role requires 2–4 years of experience, strong digital skills, and a creative approach to food trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including promotions, PR activations, and brand positioning for F&B outlets.
- Digital & Social Media: Lead social media strategy, content creation, influencer partnerships, and maintain the website.
- Sales & Partnerships: Create partnerships with corporate clients to drive group dining, catering, and event bookings.
- Campaign Management: Plan end-to-end digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase traffic and revenue.
- Content & Creative: Oversee photo shoots, menu design, and collateral to ensure brand consistency.
- Analysis & Reporting: Track ROI on promotions, analyze competitor activities, and provide monthly performance reports.
Required Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.
- Experience: Usually 2–5+ years in F&B marketing, hospitality, or retail, often requiring a degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media ads) and excellent copywriting skills.
- Mindset: Creativity, strong communication skills, and a strategic understanding of market trends.
