MARKETING MANAGER | EXPERIENCE IN QSR (QUICK SERVICE RESTAURANT) / F&B Jobs in Metro Manila at careerjump

Location: Sta. Ana, Manila

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Must: Solid and proven experience in the QSR/F&B/Retail Industry

  • LSM (Local Store Marketing) Expertise

Beyond national campaigns, the ability to design hyper- local "block-marketing" strategies for specific branches to address foot traffic lulls or regional competition.

  • Menu Engineering & Product Mix Analysis

Proficiency in analyzing which items drive the highest margins versus volume, and using that data to influence promotional focus.

  • Digital Performance Management:

Competence in managing social media ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), understanding SEO/GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and overseeing loyalty app integration or tech-based payment marketing.

  • Budgeting & P&L Literacy

A deep understanding of how marketing spend affects the "Prime Cost" (COGS + Labor) and the ability to defend a budget based on projected EBITDA impact.

  • Visual Merchandising & Sensation Transference:

The ability to oversee aesthetic consistency— ensuring that the "sleek, techie, and elegant" brand look is maintained from digital ads down to the physical store signage and table setups.

  • High-Stakes Stakeholder Management

The capacity to act as a bridge between the CEO’s vision, the Franchisees’ profitability concerns, and the Operations team’s capacity.

  • Crisis Communication

In the restaurant business, things go wrong (service lapses, supply shortages). This person needs the "cool-headedness" to manage brand reputation in real-time.

  • Complex Problem Solving (Critical Thinking):

The ability to look at a dip in sales and determine if it is a creative failure, a pricing issue, or an operational bottleneck (e.g., slow turnover of tables).

  • Narrative Storytelling

Moving beyond "discount-based" marketing to create emotional resonance—crafting stories around "gratitude" and "celebration" that align with the brand’s core identity.

The Ideal Hire: A veteran of the F&B or Retail sector who doesn't just "post on social media" but

understands the Organizational Dynamics of how a meal gets from the grill to the guest. They

should be a strategist who can write a creative brief in the morning and analyze a P&L

statement in the afternoon.
