Marketing Manager — Commercial Real Estate

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (In-office, full-time) Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Compensation: $65,000+ commensurate with experience, plus health insurance and 401(k) with vesting Start date: Immediate

About the Role

A well-established South Florida commercial real estate brokerage is hiring a Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing function for our leasing and investment sales listings. We focus primarily on Broward and Palm Beach County properties, with select work across the state of Florida.

This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented, self-directed marketer who thrives on managing multiple active listings, produces polished materials on tight timelines, and communicates clearly with both brokers and clients. You will be the connective tissue between our brokerage team, our clients, and the prospective tenants and buyers evaluating our properties.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Collateral & Design

  • Design offering memorandums, flyers, email campaigns, and listing brochures for commercial properties using Buildout, Adobe Photoshop, and related design tools
  • Ensure every piece of marketing collateral is pixel-accurate, on-brand, and ready to represent the opportunity to sophisticated investors and tenants
  • Incorporate neighborhood context into listing materials — nearby developments (completed and planned), notable retailers, demographics, and competitive properties — so every package tells the full story of the opportunity

Listing Management & Syndication

  • Create, input, update, and maintain active listings across LoopNet, Crexi, CoStar, the MLS, and Buildout
  • Keep all platforms synchronized — pricing changes, status updates, new photography, and revised marketing materials should reflect everywhere, accurately and quickly
  • Track and flag listings that require refresh, re-syndication, or updated materials

Client Communication

  • Provide weekly written updates to property owners on their listings, including tour activity, prospect interest levels, feedback, and recommended next steps
  • Maintain a professional, polished tone in all direct client communications
  • Field and route inbound inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants appropriately

Internal Team Coordination

  • Keep the brokerage team informed on listing status, new listings, and material updates to existing listings
  • Coordinate with brokers to gather the information needed to produce accurate marketing materials on deadline

Digital Presence & CRM

  • Manage and grow the firm’s social media presence, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Produce and send email marketing campaigns announcing new listings, price changes, and market updates
  • Own and maintain the firm’s CRM — keeping contact records, listing data, and client interactions clean and current

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 3+ years of marketing, graphic design, or marketing coordination experience (commercial real estate experience strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong general computer proficiency — you learn new platforms quickly and are comfortable working across many systems simultaneously
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills — this role juggles many concurrent deadlines, and the ability to identify and finish the most time-sensitive work first is essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail — typos, misaligned graphics, and incorrect financials in investor-facing materials are not acceptable
  • Strong written communication skills for client-facing updates
  • Ability to work full-time in our Fort Lauderdale office

Strongly Preferred

  • Direct experience with Buildout, LoopNet, Crexi, CoStar, and/or the MLS
  • Familiarity with South Florida commercial real estate markets, particularly Broward and Palm Beach Counties
  • Experience producing investment-grade marketing materials (offering memorandums, proformas, rent rolls)
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and fundamentals (NNN, cap rates, lease structures, zoning)

Nice to Have

  • Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator experience
  • Email marketing platform experience (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • CRM administration experience
  • Photography skills and willingness to earn FAA Part 107 certification for drone photography
  • Video editing experience for listing walkthroughs
