We are hiring a Marketing Manager who combines high ownership, strong project management, and exceptional creativity. This role is for someone who is passionate about emerging products (robots, AI, future lifestyle tech) and knows how to:

  • Position new products for the market
  • Create narratives that “break into new circles”
  • Build campaigns that generate attention, leads, and conversions
  • Engineer viral growth through structured planning—not luck

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.

You will work directly with the CEO and business teams to build MangoBot into the most talked-about robotics brand in MENA.

Key Responsibilities

1) Product Positioning & Narrative Design

  • Develop clear positioning for new robotics products and use cases (leasing, events, retail, enterprise)
  • Translate technical features into compelling customer value (status, experience, efficiency, “wow factor”)
  • Create messaging frameworks and storytelling angles tailored to different customer segments:
  • UHNWI / luxury lifestyle
  • Events & entertainment
  • Retail and malls
  • Hospitality and tourism
  • Government and institutions

2) Viral Marketing & Breakthrough Campaign Architecture

  • Design “viral-ready” campaign structures (content loops, social triggers, share incentives, community hooks)
  • Build repeatable frameworks for:
  • Breaking into new markets (“break-in strategy”)
  • Breaking into new circles and communities (“break-circle strategy”)
  • Scaling awareness to mass attention (“break-out strategy”)
  • Create signature MangoBot campaigns that people want to talk about, record, and share

3) Event Marketing & High-Impact Activations

  • Plan and execute high-profile events and co-branding activations with partners (luxury stores, malls, exhibitions)
  • Lead on-site marketing strategy:
  • content capture planning
  • scripts and shot lists
  • influencer coordination
  • post-event amplification
  • Turn every event into a lead-generation engine and content factory

4) Content Strategy & Social Growth

  • Own MangoBot’s content strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
  • Manage content production pipeline:
  • ideas → scripts → filming → editing → publishing → performance review
  • Run A/B testing on content styles, formats, hooks, and distribution
  • Build and manage a creator + influencer ecosystem

5) Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage paid marketing budgets and ROI tracking (Meta, TikTok, Google)
  • Improve conversion rates across funnels:
  • awareness → interest → inquiry → meeting → deal
  • Work closely with sales to ensure marketing drives measurable outcomes

6) Project Management & Cross-Team Execution

  • Own marketing calendars, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs
  • Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Operations teams to ensure execution quality
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable results

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 3–7 years of marketing experience (brand, growth, digital, events, or integrated marketing)
  • Strong project management capability (planning, execution, accountability, multi-stakeholder coordination)
  • Proven ability to create campaigns with breakthrough creativity
  • Strong understanding of emerging products and technology trends
  • Ability to think in frameworks and systems, not only tactics:
  • positioning strategy
  • campaign architecture
  • funnel and conversion logic
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling ambiguity

Strong Plus

  • Experience in luxury, lifestyle, premium retail, events, entertainment, or hospitality
  • Experience with influencer marketing / creator economy
  • Hands-on skills in content creation direction (script writing, creative direction, basic editing understanding)
  • Arabic language skills
  • Experience in MENA market marketing execution

What Success Looks Like (90–180 Days)

  • Launch at least 2–3 signature MangoBot campaigns that generate measurable buzz and leads
  • Build a consistent content system (weekly output + performance optimization loop)
  • Deliver at least 1 high-profile co-branded event activation
  • Establish clear positioning frameworks for MangoBot’s core robot offerings
  • Drive marketing-qualified leads that convert into real leasing and enterprise opportunities
