Prahran, Melbourne (hybrid) | 4 days per week
Mogul Ski World and Jigsaw Travel are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of our integrated marketing and communications strategy across both brands.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the Managing Director, shaping the voice, visibility and commercial success of two highly regarded travel businesses – one Australia’s leading snow travel specialist, the other a luxury travel agency with a global network of elite partners.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, strategic role suited to a well-rounded marketer who thrives across both planning and execution. You will be responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns, managing key industry partnerships, and ensuring consistent, high-quality brand presence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Delivery
Develop and execute holistic marketing and communications strategies across both brands
Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, EDM and print channels
Manage campaign performance, optimisation and reporting
Partnerships & Cooperative Marketing
Manage relationships with key tourism boards, resorts and travel partners
Secure marketing contributions and deliver cooperative campaigns
Coordinate partner deliverables and reporting
Digital Marketing
Manage and execute paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Oversee paid digital advertising across Google (Search and Display)
Work with an SEO contractor to improve organic performance and website visibility
Maintain and optimise WordPress websites
Creative & Brand Management
Brief and manage external graphic designers for campaign assets, brochures and marketing collateral
Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visual output
Events & Media
Plan and manage client events, trade shows and industry activations
Manage media bookings and partnerships
About You
Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications or related fields
Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within travel, tourism or hospitality
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute campaigns end-to-end
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident stakeholder manager with experience working with partners and suppliers
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Technical Skills
Experience managing paid social and Google advertising campaigns
Proficiency in platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and WordPress
Comfortable using Canva, AI tools and briefing creative assets
Familiarity with SEO principles and working with external agencies
