Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can take a big-picture approach to our brand. This role is ideal for someone who can analyze, strategize, and execute, bringing cohesion to all marketing channels while identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll work closely with leadership to shape the future of Mockins’ marketing efforts, using data-driven insights and creative thinking to push the brand forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that build brand identity, align with company goals, and drive growth
- Oversee and unify all digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and website presence
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Own the content strategy by developing and managing a cohesive content calendar across all channels
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content, while managing day-to-day posting, monitoring, and community engagement
- Lead influencer marketing efforts, including identifying partners, conducting outreach, and managing collaborations from concept through execution
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive actionable insights
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and campaign direction
- Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness
- Identify new channels, tools, and technologies to expand brand reach and engagement
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing manager or similar strategic role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, social platforms, and analytics tools
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and data-driven decision making
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer products is a plus
