Role Summary

Responsible for building and executing brand and digital marketing strategies to strengthen online presence, drive traffic, and improve customer engagement across eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Content Strategy

  • Support the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging across digital platforms
  • Ensure consistent visual identity and branding across all channels
  • Create and manage engaging content (social media, ads, email) aligned with brand storytelling
  • Develop campaigns to increase customer engagement and brand loyalty
  • Monitor brand performance and optimize strategies based on insights

2. Digital Marketing & Traffic Growth

  • Drive high-quality traffic to online platforms through SEO and paid campaigns
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising across multiple channels
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion data to improve performance
  • Collaborate with content teams to align marketing with traffic goals

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (product, sales, creative) to ensure aligned execution
  • Coordinate with external partners and platforms for campaign planning
  • Support promotional activities, campaigns, and partnerships

4. Data Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI)
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Maintain organized reporting and provide actionable insights

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign and channel performance
  • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements

6. Customer Experience

  • Incorporate customer feedback into marketing strategies
  • Support initiatives to improve overall user experience and engagement

7. Innovation

  • Contribute ideas to enhance brand presence and stay competitive in the market
  • Explore new trends, tools, and approaches in digital marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or eCommerce and prior leadership experiences
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
