Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, strategize, and implement comprehensive marketing plans and activities for the promotion, marketing, and sales of property projects.
  • Execute marketing strategies and programs to achieve project sales targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Monitor, control, and track marketing budgets and expenses for each assigned project.

Job Description

i. Sales & Marketing Execution

  • Maintain and update all advertising, promotional materials, sales gallery, and show unit marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements under the Sales and Marketing Department.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, roadshows, exhibitions, launches, and promotional campaigns to support monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate closely with sales teams and agents to ensure alignment of campaign objectives and sales strategies.

ii. Product Planning & Market Research

  • Conduct competitor analysis and detailed market research to identify trends, ooportunites, and market positioning.
  • Perform SWOT analysis for projects and recommend strategic positioning.
  • Provide market intelligence and recommendations on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

iii. Advertising & Promotion (A&P Programs)

  • Develop and prepare advertising and promotional materials including brochures, flyers, digital content, and campaign assets.
  • Coordinate preparation of mailing lists, sales kits, and supporting materials for product awareness campaigns.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor advertising and promotional campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare post-campaign performance reports.

iv. Licensing & Compliance

  • Manage the application, extension, and renewal of Developer’s License (DL) and Advertising Permit & Developer’s License (APDL).
  • Liaise with authorities, consultants, and relevant departments to ensure timely submission and approvals.

v. Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Liaise with external creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, media partners, event organizers, and vendors.
  • Manage relationships with panel agencies and ensure deliverables meet branding and timeline expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the property development industry.
  • Strong understanding of property market trends, sales funnel, and buyer behaviour.
  • Willing to work extended hours, including weekends/public holidays when required.
