Overview
Marketing Manager Jobs in Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand at The Facialist
Two founder-led skincare brands. A small, fast-moving team. And a lot of ground to cover. If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely shape a brand, not just execute someone else's playbook, this might be it.
About Us
The Facialist was founded in 2014 as a facial studio in Auckland, built on a reputation for transformative skin treatments and a carefully curated approach to skincare. Over the past decade, that expertise has grown into something bigger.
We are now home to two independent skincare brands: GULP and Noody.
GULP is a hydration-first, all-natural skincare brand made in New Zealand, designed for women who want straightforward, effective skincare without compromise. Stocked in salons and retailers across New Zealand, GULP is in its early growth phase with international expansion on the horizon.
Noody is a personal care brand for babies and children with sensitive skin. Thoughtfully formulated, free from harsh ingredients, and built on the same commitment to quality and trust that runs through everything we make.
This role sits within The Facialist group but is focused entirely on building and growing the GULP and Noody brands, from product and creative through to marketing and retail.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing across both GULP and Noody. You'll own strategy and execution, from campaign planning through to building the content yourself. You'll work closely with the founders, take creative direction, and bring it to life across every channel. This is a hands-on role for someone who's just as comfortable doing the work as directing it.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital-first marketing strategies that elevate our brand to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, PR, and events.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our brand remains innovative and competitive.
