Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000/year (aligned with U.S. app industry standards)

and cooking effortless. With over 2,000 chef-crafted recipes, AI-powered drink pairings,
voice-guided cooking, and intelligent shopping lists, Cookwise helps households save time,
reduce food waste, and elevate their cooking experience.
Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead Cookwise’s marketing strategy and execution. This
role will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through creative campaigns,
data-driven insights, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on,
with experience in consumer apps or lifestyle technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer,
email, PR).
Manage Cookwise’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to align marketing with app features and
launches.
Analyze campaign performance, user acquisition metrics, and retention data to optimize
ROI.
Build partnerships with food, lifestyle, and tech communities to expand brand reach.
Oversee content creation (blogs, newsletters, social posts, video campaigns).
Manage marketing budgets and report on KPIs to leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer apps or tech startups.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
Experience with influencer marketing and community engagement is a plus.
Passion for food, cooking, or lifestyle apps is highly desirable.
