Overview
A well-established organization in the agricultural and industrial equipment space is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support business development efforts. This role focuses heavily on showcasing complex, project-based work through digital marketing and strategic storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence, including website optimization and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Create compelling content such as project case studies, photo/video galleries, blog posts, and email campaigns
- Highlight completed projects, equipment installations, and operational capabilities through visual storytelling
- Produce marketing collateral including brochures, capability statements, and sales support materials
- Coordinate photography and videography of active and completed job sites (including drone footage and time-lapse content)
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) targeted toward agricultural and commercial operations
- Partner closely with sales to support lead generation and business development initiatives
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity within the agricultural and industrial sectors
- Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and ensure brand consistency
- Track and report on key performance metrics (website traffic, lead volume, cost per lead, engagement)
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- 2+ years of marketing experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, especially for project-based work
- Creative eye for visuals and branding with strong attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical or operational work into compelling marketing content
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- High level of organization and time management
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Experience or familiarity with agriculture, industrial equipment, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- THIS POSITION IS FULLY ONSITE IN WEST LAFAYETTE, IN
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
