We seek an Influencer Marketing, Ssr Adv who dares to think differently and trusts their gut.
You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end execution, from influencer sourcing and contracts to final deliverables, content review, scheduling, and reporting.
- Identify influencers who align with the assigned brand(s) (audience, affinity, performance).
- Apply brand safety and audience quality criteria to mitigate risks.
- Negotiate fees, deliverables, schedules, usage rights, exclusivity, etc., while ensuring compliance with KPIs.
- Track metrics, gather insights, and propose optimizations.
- Prepare executive reports with key learnings and takeaways.
- Coordinate with Creative/Planning/PR/BI teams and work with vendors and talent management.
What will help you succeed:
- +3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or PR partnerships (agency or brand).
- Proficiency with platforms and formats.
- Influencer portfolio/management and negotiation experience.
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and clear communication.
- Influencer audit/discovery tools (HypeAuditor/Emplifi).
