Position Overview
This is a marketing and business development role responsible for increasing class enrollment, supporting host partnerships, and executing growth-focused marketing campaigns.
This role blends creative marketing execution with proactive outreach and follow-up.
You will work directly under the Operations Director and alongside the CEO in a structured, growth-focused environment. This is a growth-oriented position!
Travel is expected as needed. You must complete our three main courses to become certified. If you want to become the best leader and person possible this position is for you. It is demanding and rewarding. If being challenged and creative is your comfort zone then don’t miss this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute enrollment campaigns
- Manage email marketing and content scheduling
- Coordinate social media and promotional rollout
- Maintain marketing calendar 2–4 weeks ahead
- Edit and produce all video/audio content
- Track marketing performance metrics
Business Development & Enrollment
- Follow up on agency leads and inquiries
- Support host agencies in filling class seats
- Track and manage enrollment pipeline
- Conduct outreach to potential host partners
- Assist in securing hybrid and contracted classes

Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing, sales, event promotion, or business development
- Understanding of Law Enforcement
- Strong ability to work as a TEAM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using email marketing platforms
- Organized, proactive, and growth-minded
- High Level Social Media Expertise
- Must be able to work in-office in Fletcher, NC
Compensation
- $45,760–$52,000/Salary (based on experience)
